Ready to open your first MTCU account? Qualifications are simple. If you live, work, worship, attend school or business with other legal entities in the Texas counties of Midland, Martin, Glasscock, Andrews, Crane, Ector, Howard, Winkler, Ward, Reagan or Upton counties, you can join MTCU with a minimum $25 deposit in a savings account. After that, you're entitled to use our additional accounts and services.
